To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without prior authorization
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Refund Timelines
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email [email protected] for assistance. Exchanges for different products are not available; please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
