4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from BukuLuster. If you are not completely satisfied with your curling iron, hair dryer, or beauty device, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund requests.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
